AIRCTRL for Enterprise

Your company’s AI.
Under your control.

Give teams the freedom to build. Give your organization one place to govern AI connections, spending, and access. Every approved tool. One shared set of rules.

An organization, not a collection of keys

Many teams.
One control point.

An example in practice

Let every team build. Keep a shared set of rules.

Connect coding assistants, internal tools, and background jobs through a common gateway. Give each project its own scope and budget while keeping approved model options available.

  1. 1A tool sends a request with a scoped Gateway credential.
  2. 2Access and the project’s spending policy are checked.
  3. 3An approved model handles the request; usage stays reviewable.

Why bring AI through a gateway?

Let AI adoption grow.
Not the sprawl around it.

01

For finance & operations

A budget with an owner. Not a surprise.

Set spending boundaries for routed AI usage. Give projects room to run while keeping model choices and costs visible at the connection point.

  • Scoped spending
  • Usage visibility
  • No percentage fee
02

For engineering

Keep your tools. Open up your options.

Connect supported clients through a shared gateway. Choose approved providers and alternatives without making every application manage a separate set of provider credentials.

  • Provider choice
  • Approved routes
  • Supported API clients
03

For security & IT

An identity is not a permission slip.

Separate who can sign in from what they can access. Scope human and machine credentials to the account and resources they actually need.

  • Scoped credentials
  • Resource checks
  • Required MFA
04

For the people accountable

More adoption. Less guesswork.

Review model usage and costs for traffic routed through AIRCTRL. Use tamper-evident security records to understand access and actions—not to claim visibility into everything an agent does.

  • Routed activity
  • Cost context
  • Security audit trail

A shared gateway is a control layer, not a replacement for your app’s security or your provider agreements.

Try the routing economics

Ready for the security conversation

Clear answers.
Not a wall of badges.

Your security team should be able to follow the data, understand the keys, and see where each guarantee ends.

Vault values are encrypted on your device.

Vault secret values are encrypted on your device. AIRCTRL stores ciphertext and wrapped keys, while authorized clients hold the keys needed to decrypt them.

Understand this boundary

Gateway has an explicit data boundary.

Gateway processes AI requests on your behalf. Prompt and response retention depends on request-body logging and caching settings. Review those settings and your model provider’s policies before sending sensitive data.

Understand this boundary

US-managed infrastructure.

AIRCTRL-managed infrastructure is hosted and managed in the United States. Provider reports do not constitute a SOC 2 attestation for AIRCTRL or TheoVex.

Understand this boundary

Before you bring the team

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Need to discuss your architecture, procurement requirements, or customer references? Let’s talk.

Do we have to replace the tools our teams already use?

Start with supported API- or MCP-connected tools and the projects you want to govern. Connection details depend on the client. You can evaluate a bounded workflow before expanding across the organization.

Can we use more than one AI provider?

AIRCTRL gives supported clients a shared connection point for model routing. Decide which providers and alternatives are approved for each workload, and validate compatibility and quality before enabling a fallback.

How is Teams Enterprise priced?

Teams Enterprise is $60 per user per month, with no percentage usage fee. AI-provider usage charges and plan allowances should be reviewed separately. Contact the team to discuss your organization’s requirements.

What about healthcare or other regulated data?

A gateway is not a blanket compliance guarantee. Before sending sensitive or regulated data, review the full data flow, logging and caching settings, provider policies, applicable agreements, and any required BAA with your legal and security teams.
